public class DelayInfoProvider
extends DelayInformationProvider

This provider simply creates a DelayInfo decorator for the DelayInformation that is returned by the superclass. This allows the new code using Delay Information XEP-0203 to be backward compatible with XEP-0091.

This provider must be registered in the smack.properties file for the element delay with namespace urn:xmpp:delay

Parse an extension sub-packet and create a PacketExtension instance. At the beginning of the method call, the xml parser will be positioned on the opening element of the packet extension. At the end of the method call, the parser must be positioned on the closing element of the packet extension.
