UrlInitializer	Loads the provider file defined by the URL returned by UrlInitializer.getProvidersUri() and the generic smack configuration file returned UrlInitializer.getConfigUri().
VmArgInitializer	Looks for a provider file location based on the VM argument smack.provider.file.
